Applicants must meet the age requirement for the selected category.
All applicants must be medically fit to participate in football activities.
Supporting documents (birth certificate / school ID) must be provided at the trial date.
Parent or guardian consent is required for applicants under 18.
Application Process
Step 1: Pay the non-refundable application/trial fee online.
Step 2: Complete the application form (sent after payment confirmation).
Step 3: Attend the scheduled trial session on the date communicated by email.
Step 4: Successful applicants will be notified within 14 working days.
Code of Conduct
All applicants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship.
Any misconduct during the trial process may result in immediate disqualification.
Amuludun FC reserves the right to refuse any application at its sole discretion.
IMPORTANT — Non-Refundable Fee: The academy application/trial fee is
strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the trial is
rescheduled, cancelled by the Club, or if your application is unsuccessful. By proceeding,
you confirm you have read and fully accept this policy.
